Quality Guidelines-
All items must be smoke & odor free
Upholstered & Leather Furniture
- No rips, stains, tears, fading, discoloration & excessive wear.
-Cushions should have little to no indication of sagging or lack of shape.
Wood Furniture
-No watermarks, discoloration, scratches, chips or noticeable flaws.
-No broken or missing hardware pieces. Drawers & doors must operate properly.
Legs & frame must be sturdy.
Dust & cob-web free.
